I want to let you know how impressed I have been with Roger - his going way above and beyond “customer service” as well as his excellent workmanship every step of the job. I say “customer service” (within quotation marks) because I suspect he was doing what just felt right to him. It felt as if he was not just in being “professional” in serving a paying customer, though everything he did was indeed impeccable to the smallest detail and of the highest standard in professionalism.
Roger has done a wonderful job waterproofing my deck. I’m sure you knew he would. He was so very thorough and took such great care, he might have been working on his own family’s home! Throughout the time, he was consistent in his kindness and in being considerate. His work and everything about him that I saw was indicative of a person of integrity.
You have seen firsthand the results of my rather disheartening experiences these past two years with incompetent and unscrupulous contractors.
